Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the service, we cannot provide refunds once a campaign has been submitted, as we prepay our writers and distribution suppliers. For all other circumstances, we will consider refund request on a case-by-case basis.

If submitting a pre-written press release for distribution only, clients must ensure that all content meets our guidelines for approval. We reserve the right to deny a refund for releases submitted by clients that are rejected by the service due to not meeting our guidelines for approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceling an order for the writing and distribution of a press release may incur a cancellation fee depending on how far into the process the client’s campaign is and other circumstances.

Plese Note: Changes to releases can be made before final approval for submission.

To cancel a subscription for our monthly press release writing and distribution service, please submit a request in writing to services@distributionpress.com. Upon receiving a written cancellation request from an authorized client, we will make all efforts to cancel the subscription before the next release in the client’s campaign.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our press release submissions will not be distributed until the client approves the release and that if the release we create and submit for clients does not get picked up by search engines within 7 days of going live, we will create and submit a new release completely free of charge.
